Repair by exchange of measuring devices for machine tools (RBE)

Replacement devices for defective Hexagon measuring devices (m&h) for machine tools are offered as follows:

Condition of the RBE device
RBE devices are used devices in perfect technical condition that have been refurbished and certified and are offered at a fixed price.
Warranty
The warranty for the RBE device is valid for 6 months after delivery.
Delivery
The scope of delivery includes only a replacement device for the returned defective device.
Accessories (e.g. styli, batteries ...) are excluded from replacement, but can be requested using this form.
The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the delivery of the replacement device and any desired accessories.
Price
You will receive the price of the replacement device after submitting this form, as fixed-price quote.
Return delivery information
for the defective device
After receiving the replacement device, the return period for the defective device is four weeks. Please return your defective device without accessories such as styli or batteries. If the device is not returned within the above-mentioned return period, the RBE device already delivered will be invoiced at the current list price of a new device.
