This course is designed to introduce Juniper employees to WorkBoard, a platform for tracking and reporting on the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Participants will learn how to log in to WorkBoard, navigate the platform to view company and functional OKRs, understand the importance of OKRs in relation to employee bonuses, and utilize features such as the Search Workboard and Data Flow tree for in-depth OKR analysis. The course also covers how to access additional OKR resources and training materials.
