The robust kinematic manual loading system allows the operator to easily load heavy components onto the CMM.
Features
- Pallet Size: 500 x 750 mm
- Max. component weight: 150 kg
- Qualification sphere area allowing tip qualification without the need to remove the loading system from the CMM.
- Pneumatic lifter lowers the pallet onto fixed kinematic locators for repeatable part positioning.
- Compressed air supply: 6 bar
- Stopper Cylinder ensure the pallet cannot be pushed into the kinematic area if the rollers are in the lowered position.
- Robust rollers ensure smooth contact with the pallet for effortless handling and durability.
