Calibration sphere set, included a certified calibration sphere (Ø15 mm) made out of ceramic and a support to position the sphere in different angles. Total height 200 mm and M8 machine fixing for use with CMMs.
Schnellübersicht: The Swift-fix Starterkit contains a base plate and a set of basic components for the fixture construction. The components are stored in a dedicated case, ensuring individual items are always easy to find.
Schnellübersicht: Standoff made of aluminium, with M8 thread. It is used for lifting parts or for attaching other Swift-Fix components to achieve the required height.
Schnellübersicht: This fixture base plate can be connected side-by-side with other base plates with the same size. M8 holes and alpha numeric identification allowing fixtures to be re-built easily.
Schnellübersicht: The twin Vee block can be used with the flexible vice to position and hold parts in place. It can also be used to centre parts diagonally in combination with the single Vee.
Schnellübersicht: Pillars are used to horizontally mount Swift-Fix elements. It adds both stability and height and can be fixed to either the base plate or the machine table.
