With a 500 mm x 750 mm pallet size and a maximum component weight capacity of 150 kg, this system is ideal for handling a wide range of applications. The integrated tip sphere area allows for seamless probe tip qualification without the need to remove the loading system from the CMM, saving time and ensuring uninterrupted workflows.
Equipped with pneumatic lifters that lower the pallet onto fixed kinematic locators, ensuring repeatable and precise positioning. Requires a compressed air supply of 6 bar for operation.
Stopper cylinder prevents the pallet from being pushed into the kinematic area when the rollers are in the lowered position, adding an extra layer of safety and reliability and  the robust steel rollers ensure smooth contact with the pallet for effortless handling and durability.
